Prestige Awards, Fantasy Trophy House, My Custom Trophy, The Bronze Plaque, Plaxx, The Plaxx Companies are all web sites displaying products sold by The Plaxx Companies, Inc. and as such, all references herein, to PLAXX additionally refer these entities.

PRIVACY POLICY

PLAXX respects your right to privacy.  We greatly appreciate your input via Email, as well as other means available on this web site.  Under no circumstances will PLAXX share this information (including your Email address) with any other entity. If you provide your Email address, we will only use it to respond to your requests and to notify you of major changes to our web site.  If you do not wish to continue to receive Email from PLAXX,  please respond to any email from us with the subject "remove" and we will remove your name and Email address from our database.

PRICING

Prices on our web site are believed correct on the date published. We reserve the right to change these prices without notice. We will occasionally, solely at our discretion, extend credit to recognized entities who require rush processing of their order. These orders will be shipped "Due on receipt". A finance charge of $5.00 is assessed for balances not RECEIVED within 15 days and an additional $5.00 is assessed every 30 days thereafter.

FINANCE CHARGES

Accounts not paid (received by PLAXX) within the time stipulated on our invoice are assessed a finance charge of the greater of 1.5% per month or $5. Finance charges are assessed from the date the product is shipped from PLAXX.

RETURNED CHECKS

Returned checks incur a $45 reprocessing fee.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Charges will appear on your credit card as 'Plaxx Custom Awards'. If you have ordered a custom product - such as a cast plaque, your card will be charged when the order is placed or when the proof is approved - depending upon the production cycle. Standard shipping is about 4 weeks after approval of the proof but can be over 8 weeks. This means you will most likely pay your credit card bill prior to receiving your order.

It is your right to advise your credit card company to deny any charge on your statement. If you deny a legitimate charge incurred as a result of an order placed with 'The Plaxx Companies', you will incur a reprocessing fee equal to the returned check processing fee.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Our products are packaged in 'bubble wrap', 'stretch wrap', 'peanuts', and cartons within cartons depending upon their susceptibility to damage. The packages are also shipped 'INSURED" by UPS. In spite of all these precautions, an item is damaged in shipment. Since the package was shipped 'F.O.B. our facility' and UPS is the insurer, it is your responsibility to call UPS and advise them of the damage. Do not call us first as this will delay the claim process. If you accepted the package and upon opening it, find damage, call UPS and advise them of 'concealed damage'. After this is done, please call us and advise us of the problem. We will work with UPS in expediting your claim and we will work with you in replacing your product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the extent of the terms and conditions that PLAXX agrees to. The terms and conditions contained herein take precedence over any other terms and conditions imposed by any purchaser unless the purchaser has a signed agreement from an officer of PLAXX. If a purchase order is received containing terms and conditions, said purchase order will be processed as though its attached terms and conditions never existed.

This is done to save, you our customers, money. We cannot maintain our low prices and pay an attorney to read all of the 'standard' terms and conditions (that usually do not even apply to our products) received from the many large companies that purchase our products.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this information is found unenforceable, it shall be considered stricken and the remaining information shall be interpreted as though the unenforceable information was not there.

UPDATE POLICY

PLAXX may occasionally update the information contained on this page. These changes shall be effective immediately.
